National Recording Artists Earl Klugh will perform on Friday, July 17th and Musiq Soulchild on Saturday July 18th at the 33rd Annual Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival for waterfront performance at Town Point Park, Downtown Norfolk, Virginia.

The Festival returns for two nights along the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront, Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, 2015, 5pm--11pm each day.

This popular festival features legendary sounds of top National Smooth Jazz and R&B Recording Artists. A variety of seating and ticket options are available including a VIP experience, reserved seating, designated tent areas and festival lawn seating.

GRAMMY® Award-winning guitar virtuoso Earl Klugh and his new, largely solo CD, HandPicked on Heads Up (part of the Concord Music Group).  HandPicked debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Contemporary Jazz Albums Chart and was nominated for Best Pop Instrumental Album at the 56th Annual GRAMMY® Awards. In 2006 Modern Guitar magazine wrote that Klugh "is considered by many to be one of the finest acoustic guitar players today."

Pamela Williams

Dubbed "the Saxtress" after the title of her debut record, and often called “first lady of sax,” Pamela Williams is undoubtedly, one of the most popular performers on today's smooth jazz scene. Williams made her solo debut in 1996 with The Saxtress, an album that immediately brought her name into the limelight. The project peaked within the Billboard Contemporary Jazz Album top 10 and remained on the chart for full five months while also earning her the title of Best Female Contemporary Jazz Artist of the Year.

Musiq Soulchild

Musiq Soulchild is a soul star who has developed a sound uniquely his own by fusing together the essence of " Soul Music" with "Funk" rules and "Hip Hop" swagger.  Making his mark on the charts with his first hit single entitled "JUST FRIENDS' (SUNNY)" from his platinum DEF SOUL release "AIJUSWANASEING" (I just want to sing), MUSIQ has received awards from BILLBOARD, BET, ASCAP, BMI, and SOUL TRAIN.
