3rd Annual NEON Festival

Norfolk’s Annual NEON Festival is back for its 3rd run. The city’s NEON (New Energy Of Norfolk) District provides local and touring artists and musicians a place to create and display their works of art.
This free, two-day event welcomes all to experience the NEON District through dynamic art exhibitions, local and national performances and mural tours. This year’s NEON Festival highlights:
- Third Thursday at the Chrysler Museum and Glass Studio and d'Art Center, 5-10 p.m.
- The Plot Beer Garden and entertainment, Friday evening, 6-10 p.m.
- Norfolk Public Art Commission ribbon cutting, Friday, 5:30 p.m.
