Not a problem, The Virginia Caribbean-American Culture Association brings the Caribbean to you!  To kick off the festivities on Friday, August 17, tag along with the J’Ouvert Boatride on the Spirit of Norfolk to begin the party. Following on August 18, there will be a Carnival Parade in the streets of downtown Norfolk, bring your family and friends and enjoy the colorful parade featuring extravagant costumes, dancers, and folklore characters leading up to the festival in Town Point Park.
