The Neon Festival: The third annual NEON Festival, October 19-20, is a free, two-day event where you can experience the NEON District through the folks who developed, and continue to develop Norfolk’s booming art scene! You’ll experience art exhibitions, along with live music, and in depth mural tours, where you’ll get to learn more about the artists and their inspirations. The NEON District is Norfolk’s first official arts district, with hopes of “Harnessing the new every of Norfolk by providing local and touring artists and musicians a place to burn light”. The NEON Festival is a fantastic environment for all ages!

Stockley Gardens Art Festival: This twice-a-year festival, October 21-22, has locals flocking to Stockley Gardens, in Norfolk’s beautiful historic Ghent district, to browse jewelry, pottery, paintings and other works by approximately 130 artists. The Hope House Foundation has been the vision behind this highly anticipated community tradition with proceeds going toward housing, transportation, medical care and more for people with intellectual disabilities. Art contest winners are announced during the Artists’ Receptions, Saturday evening on the Main Stage.

Fall Town Point Park Wine Festival: Join in the cheers and experience Hampton Roads’ most anticipated Wine Festival of the fall season, October 21-22, at Norfolk’s scenic Town Point Park. Wine Enthusiast Magazine has named Virginia one of the 10 best wine travel destinations in the world! This year’s festival will include offerings from more than 30 wineries, with over 200 of the Commonwealth’s finest wines.
