The “NFK-ARTS” mural by artist Elliott Addesso can be found at 711 Granby Street at the south entrance to Norfolk’s arts district, referred to as The NEON District. Addesso worked with students from Norfolk’s Emerging Leaders program to complete this colorful, large-scale mural. It depicts various Norfolk and Virginia symbols such as the Norfolk Mermaid, a cardinal (Virginia’s state bird), Norfolk’s 757 area code and more. Be sure to stop by and take a gander at this magnificent work of art during the 2017 NEON Festival.
