The Path to FreedomIn honor of African-American History Month, the HURRAH PLAYERS & ATUMPAN-The TALKING DRUMS present “The Path to Freedom,” Corey the Talented Blind Guy's original stage-play that traces African-American culture from its roots in West Africa all the way to 21st Century America.

From Mother Africa to President Obama, this historical musical illustrates how African-Americans used stories and music, stories, and dance as a means to uplift, educate and entertain all while preserving the culture of Africa's people.
