This two-hour cruise, which departs each day except Monday at 2 p.m. from Nauticus, is an awesome way to explore the harbor and Naval Station Norfolk, home of the Atlantic Fleet.

From the comfort of the Victory Rover (choose between the open air upper deck and the climate controlled lower deck), you’ll cruise past ships likely to include aircraft carriers, destroyers, submarines and cruisers – as well as the site of the Civil War battle of the ironclads that marked the beginning of the modern age of steel ships.

The captain’s live narration over a state-of-the-art sound system fills in all the stories, history and fun facts about the amazing sights you’re seeing.

In short, it’s a Norfolk “must-do.” So if you haven’t done it, do it!
