Travel through time with historical figures such as Mansa Musa of 14th Century Mali, Anthony and Isabella Tucker part of the first Africans to arrive in Virginia in 1619, Moses Grandy and William Carney of the Antebellum and Civil War eras, Investment Banker Maggie Walker, ODU professor and civil rights activist Dr. Jerry Carr, television producer and creator of Soul Train, Don Cornelius, as history comes to life through beautiful and poignant African-American music, dance and storytelling.
