The 10th Annual NEON Festival returns to NFK Thursday, October 16 and Friday, October 17, 2025 for a pumped up ten-year anniversary celebration.
Presented by Arts Alliance and PRA Group, this free festival welcomes everyone to experience the NEON District through art exhibitions, local and regional performances, mural tours and programming unique to Norfolk’s first arts neighborhood.
The 2025 celebration includes:
- 10 For 10 Public Art Reveal
- Curated events by 757 producers and art-makers
- Glass After Dark, live demos, make & takes, live music and more at the Chrysler Museum Glass Studio Thursday evening
- d’Art Center exhibition reception Friday
- The Plot and Cofer Lot Elation Brewing Beer Gardens Friday evening
- NEON District Public Art Tours both nights with Norfolk Tour Company
- Pop up entertainment venues and art galleries in local businesses
