This program celebrates the release of a newly crafted edition of the Declaration of Independence by Arion Press and features Andrew Davenport, Director of Jefferson Studies at Monticello; Tim Seibles, former Poet Laureate of Virginia; and Stephanie Syjuco, a Guggenheim-winning installation artist. The discussion, moderated by Sarah McCammon, NPR Correspondent and author, explores the artistic, historical, and civic significance of reimagining this foundational American document as a contemporary work of art.
