Parking: Two public parking lots are located along 3rd Bay Street, and parallel parking is available on surrounding side streets in all directions, including 5th & 6th Bay Streets and Pleasant Avenue.

Markets are rain or shine unless weather is severe, or unless the City of Norfolk decides conditions are unsafe for us to use the Park.
