A wild ride of a LIVE talk show in Hampton Roads!
Filmed LIVE at The Push Comedy Theater, The Nascar Jones Show walks a fine line between unscripted comedy and planned talk show shenanigans. With a one-word suggestion, the audience inspires the host, Nascar Jones, to give an opening monologue and the show follows the fun from there. Though the guests’ names are planned, no one knows anything beyond that. One night you may see the next up-and-coming musical act, another maybe your favorite pirate or even an almost-real athlete
This show is guaranteed to feature live music, secular sermons, fake commercials, and everything else you’d expect from a comedy talk show. And did we mention it? Aside from a bit of planning, no one has any clue what is going to happen next! Nascar Jones has made it his mission to bring fun, danger, and excitement back to late-night talk shows. Nascar delivers a deep and all-encompassing interview style that will make you LAUGH and CRY. But most importantly, THINK.
And if that wasn’t enough, Nascar Jones always ends his show with a daring game of “Lemme Talk 2 Ya Momma” or (even better) “Lemme Talk 2 Ya Ex”! It’s a wild night that will have you laughing until work on Monday.

Throughout the show, we’ll gather your suggestions of celebrities, locations, relationships, quirks, and so much more…we’ll take care of the rest. Who knows…we might even need your help on stage at some point, so stay sharp!
Whether it’s a friendly night out or something fun for a date, our all-stars will make your night memorable. We’ll use your ideas as starting points and for a few minutes, we’ll create crazy scenarios and unforgettable characters along the way. You might see an unlikely match on The Dating Game. Or one person play four different roles in a round of Survivor. There’s even a chance you might see someone recite Shakespeare on the International Space Station. You never know what you’ll see when our all-stars are together.
So join us for a night of fun and laughs you’ll be talking about for a long time. And maybe you’ll end up with a new game to play at your next get-together or party.

Norfolk Nature Navigators is a monthly FREE environmental education program designed for Norfolk homeschooled students, presented by Keep Norfolk Beautiful in partnership with Norfolk’s Park Rangers, designed for homeschooled students 1st to 5th grade (ages 6-11/all ages welcome).
Students participating in the Norfolk Nature Navigators program will get the opportunity to learn, grow, connect and be better stewards of the environment through hands-on activities and exploration.
Themes include proper waste disposal, composting, wildlife and more.
April’s Topic: Pollinators and Pollination
Morning and afternoon sessions available.

On Friday, April 17, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., join Norfolk Arts at The Gallery at the Attucks, located on the 1st floor of the historic Attucks theatre, for the opening of “Rhythm of the Stage”, a juried exhibition by Nyree Dowdy, Art Bridges Curatorial Fellow of the Chrysler Museum of Art. Over 40 original works of art by 23 artists with a connection to Hampton Roads in response to the themes of movement, pattern, and performance were selected.
Gallery hours are consistent with Attucks Theatre events, with doors opening one hour prior to performances. Free and open to the public during all Free “Arts at the Attucks” events and open to patrons during ticketed events.
