Reserved seats for the Norfolk NATO Festival Parade of Nations, Saturday, April 20, 2024, are now available at two locations! Reservations are limited. The Norfolk NATO Festival Parade is free and open to the public. However, convenient reserved sections with general admission seating are available for purchase at $10 per individual and are located along the parade route in two locations, one on Granby Street, and the other in front of Waterside.
