Sunrise Yoga + Coffee On The River

Join us at 6:30A for the 10th year of our fan fave community class at/by the beautiful Pagoda in the heart of downtown NFK! All levels are welcomed as we practice by the water OR by the fountain. And to top it off we will serve Three Ships Cold Brew to all yogis post flow.

** To help us prepare the coffee please RSVP ASAP. If weather is looking bad by 3P the day before we will cancel the class + refund all bookings.
