Along Granby Street from the TCC Roper Performing Arts Center to The NorVa. Created in September 2002, the Legends of Music Walk of Fame recognizes Hampton Roads natives who have made significant contributions of national or international significance to the world of music. Honored with bronze plaques set in granite, inductees include Pearl Bailey, Gary “U.S.” Bonds, Ruth Brown, Charlie Byrd, Bill Deal & the Rhondels, Ella Fitzgerald, the Golden Gate Quartet, Frank Guida, Bruce Hornsby, Dorothy Maynor, Tommy Newsom, Keely Smith, Gene Vincent, Clarence Clemons, Pat Curtis, JoAnn Falletta, General Norman Johnson and the Phelps Brothers.
