We are a Specialty Coffee operation usually found inside Toast at 2406 Colonial Ave. KOBROS is a setting for quality service and Specialty Coffee that is community driven. Our goal is to consistently give every person in Norfolk the opportunity to have the best experience and cup of coffee. If you want the familiar taste of a “cup of joe” or rather dive down the rabbit hole for complex flavors in coffees from regions all around the world, KOBROS strives meticulously to bring this community together through great coffee. Our daytime hours give you a place to relax and enjoy a true “coffee shop vibe”. The shop then moves into our late night scene of neon lighting, chill music, and decaf for those looking for a place to unwind and focus. Just two guys trying to keep Norfolk restless and forever caffeinated.
