🦪 This year we will be serving up oysters from the seaside of Smith Island harvested just a day before the roast!
These babies are smooth and plump, carrying a complex lively brininess, finishing clean and subtly sweet. With your ticket you’ll get 2 plates of 8, your choice of raw or grilled. Our shuckers are bringing a complete condiment bar with all the fixins’ to choose your own slurpin’ adventure.
As for sides, we’re complimenting these oysters with a Highland Park Boil of corn & potatoes seasoned with garlic & dill, and filling you up with Mike’s Super Special Secret Recipe dirty rice and beans. Wash it all down with a couple pints of Larchmont Lager and you’ll be fat and happy!
Listen y’all, last year we ate up all the oysters about 2 hours in, and although we’ve ordered EVEN MORE this year, you betta get here early!
