Norfolk Botanical Garden is hosting our first-ever diversity gallery in the Baker Hall Visitor Center now through February. The Diversity Gallery has over 80+ pieces of art from 25 local diverse artists.
Here at NBG we believe art and nature go hand in hand and we’re excited to bring the community together for this special exhibit.
Community holds a profound significance at the Norfolk Botanical Garden. The Garden serves as a vibrant tapestry woven by the threads of collective belonging and shared stewardship. It is a sanctuary where individuals converge to forge connections not only with the splendid flora that adorns the grounds but also with one another. The garden fosters a sense of unity, becoming a space where diverse backgrounds and perspectives converge to celebrate the beauty of nature. Whether through educational programs, volunteer initiatives, or serene walks amidst the blossoms, the Norfolk Botanical Garden weaves together a mosaic of relationships, nurturing a spirit of togetherness that enriches both the soul and the earth.
