Join AARP Virginia for Grandparents Day at the Norfolk Botanical Garden!
The Norfolk Botanical Garden is 175-acres and filled with thousands of different flowers and plants. With more than 60 themed gardens, including a 3-acre Children’s Garden, Norfolk Botanical Garden has something for everyone! This ever-changing landscape has formal gardens and natural areas; the Garden has something to discover and explore all year long. Some gardens focus on collections of plants (camellias, hydrangeas, roses), while others look at plants from a specific region like Japan or Virginia.
Their guests will have access to the grounds of the garden which includes various exhibits, a butterfly house and a narrated tram tour. Space is limited, so register today!
They will be collecting nonperishable canned good donations on behalf of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia at this event.
Registration is required to attend. To enter the garden, you must present an electronic or printed copy of your registration.
