Hampton Roads Transit's Community Clean-Up in honor of Earth Day!

Littering contributes to polluted water, unclean streets and communities, and is dangerous to wildlife and humans.

Join Hampton Roads Transit, in honor of Earth Day, for a Regional Bus Stop Cleanup! This is a great opportunity for citizens to get involved and help make a difference for our community!

This year’s effort is on Friday April 21, 2023, at bus stop locations across the city. Clean-up time is determined by the individual/group. Volunteers will be greeted by an HRT employee and supplied with trash bags and gloves.
