Join Wild Works of Whimsy and Southern Branch Nursery owner Trista Imrich to design your DIY River Star Homes conservation landscaping or shoreline buffer project. River Star Home participants will learn the art of native plant design and come away with a shovel-ready project for their property.
$250 per person, participants must have attended the March 8th workshop | Limited to 15 attendees each session | Lunch will be provided.
If you install your DIY project this fall, the fee you paid for the master class will be applied toward the cost share of your River Star Home project. Currently, this funding assistance is only available in Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach because these municipalities have provided financial support for the program within the Elizabeth River Project watershed.
