This self compassion yoga workshop is focused on celebrating and embracing where this dance occurs—in the body and the mind. In this workshop we will identify and discuss different types of negative self talk and where this comes from in our lives and where this is stored in our bodies. We will work through neutral and positive alternatives, and participants will be invited to share personal stories in a supportive space.
