Join Sky’s The Limit Yoga Co. for a yoga class welcomed to everyBODY. Sky’s the Limit is celebrating World Mental Health Day with fun on and off the mat. Participants will move through a flow and meditation together on top of the Roebuck building in Downton NFK.
Class is by donation, and pre-registration is recommended.
