VCY will be holding yoga classes at the Gordon Art Galleries, located on 4509 Monarch Way in ODU Village.
Virginia Community Yoga is a local 501(c)3 non-profit that teaches Trauma Informed Yoga, Mindful Meditation, & Non-Violent Communication in our local jail system and our underserved populations. A percentage of the profits go to the VCY Bridge Projects.
This is open to ALL levels of yoga!
