Couldn’t make it to the Caribbean this summer? Not a problem, The Virginia Caribbean-American Culture Association brings the Caribbean to you! To kick off the festivities, tag along with the J’Ouvert Boat Ride on the Spirit of Norfolk to begin the party. There will be a Carnival Parade in the streets of downtown Norfolk, bring your family and friends and enjoy the colorful parade featuring extravagant costumes, dancers, and folklore characters leading up to the festival in Town Point Park.
