22nd Annual Golf Gourmet tournament
Thank you to all the sponsors and golfers who attend this year’s annual golf tournament. We had a successful day on the course with 126 golfers, raising over $22,000 net revenue to further our mission. The Norfolk Tourism Foundation supports Norfolk’s hospitality and tourism workforce by advocating for the importance of our industry and working with local partners to address workforce needs through education, by providing grants, research, scholarships, internships, and other opportunities.

The Yasmine Boukhriss Scholarship Fund
The Norfolk Tourism Foundation is honored to establish the Yasmine Boukhriss Memorial Scholarship Fund, created in memory of a remarkable young restaurateur whose passion, talent, and spirit left a lasting impact on Norfolk’s culinary community. Yasmine was a natural leader—deeply committed to hospitality and driven by a desire to carry forward the legacy built by her father, Omar, through Omar’s Carriage House. Learn more and donate below.

For over 20 years, the Norfolk Tourism Foundation (NTF) has been a cornerstone in supporting Norfolk’s tourism and hospitality industry. Originally established to advance research and data collection in the field, our mission evolved to focus on addressing workforce needs through education, scholarships, internships, and partner collaboration.
We shifted our focus entirely to workforce development which allowed us to address the urgent need to rebuild and strengthen our industry’s talent pipeline. We’ve empowered local students and professionals to pursue meaningful careers while meeting the evolving needs of our community.
