Each year the Chesapeake Bay Art Association (CBAA) Welcomes artists both locally and nationally to gather at the OCEAN VIEW BEACH PARK, in NORFOLK, VA, to display and sell their artistic creations while gaining exposure. Efforts of this Annual show raises funds to benefit the John B. Tenney Memorial Scholarship Fund. At this 2 day juried art festival, engage with professional artists, high school students, members and volunteers of the CBAA organization, CBAA sponsors, Musicians, food truck vendors, City of Norfolk police and community attendants!
