Join us for this stimulating and relaxing exercise course and you may be surprised by how great you feel afterwards! T’ai Chi is best described as a “moving meditation exercise” and is thought to improve circulation, balance, posture, strength, and flexibility and relieve the stress of daily life. This slow-moving, gentle exercise program appropriate for every body type, age, or physical condition is in partnership with the Tidewater T’ai Chi Center. Students should come with comfortable clothes, shoes,, an open heart, and mind.
This is an eight-week course that meets on Thursdays, January 4-February 22 from 9:30-10:30 AM.
