Yoga on ice was so nice, we’re doin’ it twice! Come out to Norfolk Scope Arena for a great night of hockey, yoga, and fun!
The Norfolk Admirals will take on the Newfoundland Growlers at 6:05 PM on January 20, followed immediately by a FREE yoga class on the ice that is open to all levels. For the Hampton Roads yoga community, the Admirals are offering discounted tickets to the game through the link below.
Registering through Momence gets you on the ice after the game and your waiver complete. However, this registration does NOT get you into the Scope.

Once at the game, signups for yoga will be available at the Sky’s the Limit table outside Gate 1 during the game. The yoga class will have a limited capacity and signups will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Come out to watch the best hockey in Hampton Roads followed by a rare opportunity to take a yoga class at center ice!
** We will have a limited number of yoga mats available or you can bring yours along for the ride and leave it right at the STL table!
