37th Annual Grand Illumination Parade

November 18 2023

7 p.m.
Downtown Norfolk Price: Free

The 37th Annual Grand Illumination Parade is Saturday, November 18. Tens of thousands of spectators love to come to the parade and celebrate the start of the holiday season, and heavy traffic congestion starts at 5pm. We recommend you take advantage of early bird parking rates of just $3 from Noon to 5pm at most garages, stake out your spot, grab a bite to eat, and take part in the Great Hot Cocoa War or visit WinterFest ahead of the start of festivities!
