Susan White is one of STL’s kids’ yoga teachers + a preschool teacher right here in NFK. She will guide both you + your mini me through fun poses and activities on and off the mat.
Class is recommended for toddlers age 2–3 *ish*. Grab a spot in advance because space is limited!
