Mindful Meditation Circle

April 13 2026

7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Memorial Spiritualist Church 307 37th Street Norfolk, VA 23508, Price: $13.76

Cultivate inner stillness, expand awareness, and strengthen your connection with Spirit through guided meditation and mindfulness.

Strengthen your mind. Deepen your spiritual connection.

Mediumship doesn’t rely on technique alone — it also depends on a quiet mind, emotional steadiness, and an open channel to Spirit. Meditation helps train the brain to reach those states more easily, creating the inner conditions needed for clearer spiritual connection.

Join us on the 2nd Monday of each month for our Mindful Meditation Circle — a dedicated time to build focus, calm, and spiritual sensitivity.

Led by experienced facilitators, each session includes:

  • Breathwork and mindfulness to anchor your awareness
  • Visualization techniques to activate intuitive perception
  • Energy alignment practices to fine-tune your connection with Spirit

Whether you’re developing mediumship or simply seeking greater presence in daily life, this circle offers a supportive space to practice, explore, and grow.

Dinner with Entrepreneurs: Norfolk | Startups Edition

April 2 2026

7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Restaurant of the Week - TBD Monticello Avenue Norfolk, VA 23510, Price: From $28.52

Join us for a cozy dinner with entrepreneurs to network, share experiences, and make new connections! Have a business you’re excited about?

Hey, Entrepreneurs!

When was the last time you did something completely spontaneous? Our series groups together complete strangers for a fun night out. You sign up, and we book the restaurant. Our mission is to host dinners in over 100 cities to bring people together while supporting locally owned businesses. This micro-event is intended to be for 6 people or less. Check out our feature in Eventbrite’s 2025 TRNDS report about embracing the micro-event trend.

This is not directly associated with the restaurant of the week, but rather based on a table reservation via Opentable or Resy or other online platforms. The pin on the map on Eventbrite is just a placeholder as each outing takes place at a different location. Restaurants are shared with registrants only. Feel free to contact us with questions prior to signing up.

Our news segment on Fox 11 Los Angeles.

Check out our feature in Nashville’s Fox 17!

How does it work?

After you register, you’ll be emailed an introduction message including a quick questionnaire regarding age, hobbies, interests, and dietary preferences.

*Your registration does not include your individual food and drink purchases but simply commits you to not bailing on the group!

*These outings are intended to help people make friends. These are not singles gatherings.

*Try not to sign up the day of. But if you do, please email us first to see if the night you’re interested in has enough signups first. If you do not hear from us if you sign up last minute, please be open to joining us another evening.

Our vision is simple: we take the no gimmicks approach to networking. No need for yet another app to take up space on your phone – just four walls and a roof and good food for people to connect 🙂 We coordinate with you directly, human-to-human.

If you have any more questions, please contact ermantourageimpact@gmail.com!

Brought to you by event series Ermantourage.

You can also take a look at our main event calendar via Posh for coffee meets, evening hangouts, and more!
