Join us for a flow style class with opportunities to practice inversions + arm balances IF you want Are you an inversion junky? Maybe you’d like to play around with an arm balance or two? Or maybe you are wanting to learn about the playful side of yoga without all the drill break downs that come along in a workshop? If so “Flow And Flight” is for you! We will move through our flow style class and “sprinkle in” some fun poses to challenge your inverted state. As with every class at STL – this session is open to all! The inversion bits of fun are NEVER required, so don’t let that intimidate you. All that we ask is that you leave your ego at the door.

Are you the parent to a toddler? Are you looking for safe fun for your toddler outside of daycare? If so Toddler Yoga is for you! Susan White is one of our kid’s yoga teachers + a preschool teacher right here in NFK. She will guide your little yogi through yoga, crafts + games, and add in a healthy snack to the mix! This class is with parents too! You can play along OR sit back and let your child build some independence on + off the mat. Either way you are in the room along with your little yogi. We recommend toddlers age 2-3 *ish* and to grab a spot in advance because space is limited!

We are officially back to our regular schedule at Maker’s Craft Brewery! Join us on the mat the 2nd + 4th Tuesday of every month at the brewery. We will either practice outside on the patio, or inside the warehouse event space! This class is opened to all levels so a newbie + an old-timer can have a great time. Bring a friend, mat + a smile and stick around for a post class brewski if and // or community hangs! *Coming with a friend? Please email us with a list of everyone in your group so we can seat you together in advance!
*For Ages 12+
*Ticket price includes all materials needed, step-by-step instruction, and a ton of fun! Tickets are limited so be sure to book your spot!
*Try to arrive 10-15 min early to get your order in and find your seat.
*Our ticket prices will vary depending on the fluctuation of material costs and venue fees. Thank you for your understanding.
*ONE ticket PER artist. For Kids Classes, it is ONE ticket PER child. For Pup Classes, it is ONE ticket PER pup.
*Refund policy: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Crush It On Canvas. To receive a class credit, you must notify us 24+ hours before the event that you cannot make it. Class credits are valid for 90 days following the original scheduled event.
*Cancellation policy: If there is a threat of inclement weather or the event has low attendance, it is subject to cancellation.
