The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority Resident Community Forum is designed to give residents and community members the opportunity to connect directly with agency staff at the Scope Arena Ex Hall on Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The forum provides a space to ask questions, receive important updates, and learn about programs and services offered by NRHA and across the City of Norfolk.
