Calling all runners!
Join Sky’s the Limit the third Monday of every month for STL Run Club!
Class will start in studio with a dynamic warm-up from in-house Certified Athletic Trainer and Owner of Maintain Athletic Matt Talley, OR Functional Movement Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer Danielle Talley. Then participants will throw on their running shoes and head out for a group run. Steve Thornton (local running guru) will lead the pack, and one of the Talleys will go along for the ride to make sure there are options for everyBODY.
Running loop = approx two miles
PS – It’s FREE, but PLEASE register in advance so they can plan accordingly.
