Not long out of Juilliard, this up-and-coming trumpeter was selected to perform with the legendary Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra in a birthday performance for Wynton Marsalis—a fitting launch for a career that has already put him center stage at clubs, concert halls, and castles all over the world, performing with stars like Christian McBride, Jon Batiste, and Michael Bublé. In addition to acclaimed concerts and recordings, fans can catch Hervey in the Hulu anthology series Monsterland, in which he’s prominently featured acting and playing trumpet.
