Established in 2019, On Ice is a family-owned and operated business. We currently operate other restaurants in the area and decided that Norfolk had a need for ice cream and shaved ice in the Wards Corner area. We didn’t just want to bring another ice cream shop to the neighborhood but wanted to bring a fresh homemade product as well as an experience that everyone can enjoy. With our unique style of making ice cream, it can be a show and learning experience enjoyed by all. Come by and visit us.
