Norfolk’s Department of Human Services’ Community Engagement Street Team (CEST) is back on the road in May!
Throughout May, the Community Engagement Street Team (CEST) is pulling up in neighborhoods across the City of Norfolk bringing access to benefits programs, public assistance and support services.
Resources Include:
- Benefits applications
- Tangible resources (food, water, personal care items, etc.)
- Referrals for service
- Intensive case management assistance
- Support and additional help
