Led by expert guides, you’ll uncover the stories, techniques, and inspirations behind the art, as well as the local businesses, events, and community efforts that make NEON a thriving creative hub. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or just discovering the scene, this tour offers a vibrant and immersive look at one of Norfolk’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Leading the NEON District tours is Corinna Sayward, a talented local muralist and freelance artist with deep ties to Norfolk’s creative community. With extensive experience in mural creation and public art, Corinna offers insider knowledge about the district’s most stunning works, sharing the stories, techniques, and inspirations behind them. Her passion for community-driven art and firsthand perspective as a practicing artist make each tour an engaging and immersive experience. 

All NEON tours begin at The Plot (Granby St. & Olney Rd.) and are free for all ages. Tours last approximately 60 minutes, rain or shine. Wear comfortable shoes for walking on uneven surfaces. Public parking is available on the street, at The Plot’s lot, and the Harrison Opera House lot.
