Grounded in community & offered in support of the Elizabeth River Project, this beginner-friendly, 60-minute, yoga class will incorporate simple poses, guided meditation, & breath work.
Everyday, the Elizabeth River models strength & resilience in the face of our changing climate. This monthly movement experience will encourage participants to rediscover & nurture these same qualities within themselves.
With a sweeping view of Knitting Mill Creek, class will take place at the Elizabeth River Project (4610 Colley Ave, Norfolk, VA 23508).
Beginners welcome! No previous yoga experience necessary.
