VisitNorfolk Tourist Information Center
The VisitNorfolk Tourist Information Center is conveniently located at 232 East Main Street Norfolk, Virginia 23510. Take the Waterside Drive Exit, turn right onto Atlantic Street, then a left onto Main Street. We are located at 232 E. Main Street. We offer complimentary 30 minute parking in the Main Street Garage. The Main Street Garage entrance is located on Atlantic Street. Instead of turning left into Main Street, continue on Atlantic Street and turn left into the parking garage.
We are open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm and 11am – 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend hours may be extended to accommodate festivals and other events.
We encourage you to stop through as you begin to explore Norfolk to learn about local attractions you may be unfamiliar with, look over restaurant menus or just grab a Norfolk map! The Information Center is ready to assist you with your travel needs, including directions or other Norfolk related information; either in person or via LiveChat, our online assistance program. The Information Center also has a wide variety of printed brochures and resources available..
Located inside the Information Center is the “Mermaid Market” which sells local and unique mermaid gifts as well as HRT Go-Passes and VDOT EZ Pass transponders. You may also visit our ONLINE SHOP for easy, online ordering!
