Norfolk has no shortage of great places to eat, but on Tuesday, September 29, a select group of local restaurants will give diners an extra reason to pull up a chair.
Dining Out For Life Hampton Roads returns this fall, bringing restaurants and diners together for one night of great food and community impact.
The concept is simple: participating restaurants donate 33% or more of their sales that day to LGBT Life Center, supporting HIV care and prevention, LGBTQ+ health services, housing, food programs, and other essential services across Hampton Roads.
For diners, participating is even easier.
Pick a restaurant. Invite your people. Go out to eat.
Explore Norfolk Through Dining Out (For Life)

A Tuesday Night With a Little More Meaning
Dining Out For Life has always been built around a partnership between restaurants and the community.
Restaurants show up by donating a portion of their sales.
Diners show up by choosing those restaurants.
And together, they help support programs and services that people throughout Hampton Roads rely on.
For participating restaurants, the event also brings something valuable to a traditionally quieter night of the week: diners who are intentionally choosing where to spend their evening and their dining dollars.
For diners, there’s no ticket to buy, special menu to order from, or complicated way to participate. Simply choose a participating location and enjoy your meal.
You Have a Seat at the Table
