Norfolk Department of Human Services’ Community Engagement Street Team (CEST) is back on the road in June, bringing access to benefits programs, public assistance and support services to residents where you are – in the neighborhoods!
Throughout June, the Community Engagement Street Team (CEST) is partnered with Norfolk Housing and Redevelopment Authority (NRHA) to pull up in neighborhoods across the City, bringing resources directly to residents.
Resources include:
- Benefits Applications
- Tangible Resources (food, water, personal care items, etc.)
- Referrals for Service
- Case Management Assistance
- Support and Additional Help
