Winterfest returns to Nauticus this holiday season, and it’s more magical than ever!

Step aboard the historic Battleship Wisconsin, decked out in over 2 million lights, and enjoy live entertainment, festive bites and drinks, and holiday shopping along the waterfront.

This beloved Hampton Roads tradition is DOUBLING in size for 2025 with unforgettable new experiences:
❄️ The Kingdom of the Snow Queen – a 30,000 sq. ft. indoor wonderland where families will journey through snowy landscapes, meet magical characters, and encounter the Snow Queen herself.
🌟 The Winterfest Riverwalk – Downtown Norfolk’s first-ever mile-long light walk, FREE and open nightly along the Elizabeth River.
🚢 New Below-Deck Adventure – discover all-new holiday fun aboard the Battleship Wisconsin.

Get into the spirit of the season at Virginia Stage Company’s annual Mistletoe Market, just in time for Norfolk’s Grand Illumination Parade! Inside the beautifully decorated Wells Theatre, discover locally made gifts, festive drinks, cozy treats, and a visit from the Big Guy himself (yes, Santa!).

Wander through a wonderland of handmade treasures from local artists and artisans—perfect for holiday gifting (or keeping for yourself). Outside, the Doorway Singers will keep the cheer flowing with classic carols.

For one special night, the classic songs of The Beatles will be played by 16 guitars on the Wells Theatre’s main stage. From “Yesterday” to “Let It Be,” enjoy the timeless melodies of Lennon and McCartney in a whole new way.

The Tidewater Classical Guitar Orchestra, known for its dynamic performances, brings a blast of Beatlemania to the Wells Theatre. Fans of all ages are invited to gather, listen, and celebrate the music that has inspired generations.

Come Together for an evening of joy, nostalgia, and unforgettable sound.

Tickets are $20 for General Admission in the Orchestra
The box seats can be reserved for $100.
Doors open at 6:30 PM and the show starts at 7:30 PM

John Mulaney is a four-time Emmy Award, Critics Choice award and WGA award-winning writer, comedian and actor. Most recently, Mulaney can be seen as the host, writer and executive producer of his Netflix talk show EVERYBODY’S LIVE WITH JOHN MULANEY. The show serves as the continuation of the series EVERYBODY’S IN LA. The series features monologues, guests, pre-taped sketches, musical segments and more. EVERYBODY’S IN LA, was a six-night live comedy series that explored Los Angeles during the Netflix Is A Joke Festival in 2024. In December 2024, Mulaney starred in the Broadway play “All In: Comedy About Love,” alongside a cast including Fred Armisen, Richard Kind and Renee Elise Goldsberry. Mulaney is currently on the first leg of his newest stand-up tour, JOHN MULANEY: MISTER WHATEVER, performing across North America. Mulaney can next be seen in the Amazon MGM Studios film, MADDEN, an upcoming American biographical sports drama directed by David O. Russell.

A Hampton Roads tradition since 2007, this heartwarming story brings characters to life through acting and dance. Your favorite storybook characters are back, and must deal with the constant negativity from “The Crooked Man” (Mayor Miserly) who despises Holiday Cheer.
